NASSLAF accuses Melaye of using police, security agencies to Intimidate Exco

– There has been an ongoing battle between the National Assembly Legislative Aides Forum (NASSLAF) and Sam Melaye, one of its members – NASSLAF disowned Melaye as the chairman of the forum – The forum has accused Melaye of harrasing the elected chairman and his executive National Assembly The National Assembly Legislative Aides Forum (NASSLAF) on Tuesday, May 10, accused Mr Sam Melaye, one of their members, of leveraging on his brother, Senator Dino Melaye’s position as chairman, Senate committee on the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to use the NASS division and FCT Police Command and other security agencies to intimidate, Darlington Udeh, their elected chairman and members of his executive. This was contained in a statement issued by the spokesperson for the Forum, Mr. Yusuf Sikiru Bamidele, today in Abuja. Bamidele also stated that some security agencies in the National Assembly were carrying out the script of intimidation by one C.J. Osman who is the secretary, corporate services in the National Assembly.
