According to a Facebook user Moses Bamidele, a young boy who appears to be a teenage was recently caught in Lagos while stealing mobile phones and cash.
The boy was caught in the act, while pick pocketing at a turbaning ceremony held yesterday, November 19th in Lagos.
He was caught in the act and tied with a rope on his legs and hands.
