A middle aged man, Mr. Godwin, a resident of Ufia Street in Otukpo Benue State has reportedly murdered his own biological mother. Mr. Godwin Orinya who hails from Ado Local Government Area but settled in Sabon Gari area of Otukpo town killed his mother at Agboke in Ohimini Local Government Area of Benue State in the early hours of today, Monday November 21, 2016. Idoma voice learnt from a close family source, Mr. Oduh, that Mr. Godwin Orinya, a graduate of the prestigious University of Jos, developed strange behaviours recently and was taken to a rehabilitation center at Agboke in Ohimini LGA where the incident took place. IDOMA VOICE further learnt that the man in charge of the rehabilitation center had gone into the bush in search of some herbs when Mr. Goddy took the opportunity to hit his mother then escaped from the care center All efforts to reach the Police DPO of Agboke Police Station for comment on the incident has not yield any good result.
