What got people talking is the fact that the photo shows a man’s head above what is apparently a pregnant woman’s body, leaving people asking if it was a man or a woman posing for the camera.
However, a close look at the photo reveals that there are actually two people in the shots: a man and a woman.
The man is simply standing behind the woman while stretching out his head to cover hers and make it look like he was the one pregnant.
Obviously the couple wanted to confuse viewers with the photo, something they succeeded in doing.
