The internet went crazy a few days back following a heated war of words that were exchanged between raves of the moment, Davido and wizkid, with the former, allegedly having started the entire war following his message on snapchat boasting that his sound is what is trending at the moment.
The pair had then taken to social media to throw explosive shades at one another with Davido, moving a step further by a day and new social media platform in getting back at Wizkid.
However, an old interview with South African radio station, Trans Africa Radio, were the FALL crooner, gave a thumbs down to public beefing, saying ”it is lame,” has emerged.
Interviewer: Do you think that publicised beef is much less lethal where than the silent competition that is happening, where you get people saying oh Davido is way cooler than dbanj…do you think that really dents you as an artiste or it just keeps you goingDavido: That’s just like the key, you can’t hide from that..I feel like public beef isn’t….publicized beef, that’s lame to me..or you trying to make yourself bigger than the next guy…that’s lame to me.
So Davido…explanation maybe?
