The latest update according to the Miami-Dade County Criminal Justice Online System on the Felony case against Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane indicates that his arraignment hearing has now been scheduled for August 17, 2017.
Just so you know, In felony cases, after the arraignment, if the case does not settle or get dismissed the judge holds a preliminary hearing. At this hearing, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence that the defendant committed the crime to make the defendant have to appear for a trial.
Dammy Krane will now appear in court at9:15am on the said date at the Justice Building, Room 4-3 with Courtney Erik as his defense attorney and Migiel De La Oas the judge.
