A popular adage says, it is everyday for thief and one day for the owner, that was the of this man who was bound hand and foot after he was caught stealing batteries from a GLO mast this morning.
The alleged thief was caught by the vigilante group guarding the street on which the GLO mast is located. He had succeeded in removing the batteries before he was caught.
Chukwuebuka Oguejiofor, who witnessed the incident, shared the story online.
