Coming back with this love / club banger “Omodada” after a long break from the professioal music scene, Codeman the 7th in a family of eight including 4 boys and 4 girls; grew up in Ajegunle Lagos, where he attended his primary and secondary education.
He derived much of his musical inspiration from his neighborhood. Honing his skills through school music competitions, various talents hunt and street shows, he enjoys massive popularity in his area. He looks up to the likes of Bob Marley, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Tuface Idibia and good musicians. He likes swimming, jogging, reading and music composition.
Codeman emerged 4th in the Starafrica.com (www.starafrica.com) Song of the year Contest 2010 that showcased over 60 artists from across Africa, having enjoyed massive airplay of his debut single Politics and Kashiya on Ray Power FM Abuja, Rhythm FM Abuja etc. He is currently signed to G-Money Entertainment.
