Father And Daughter Nabbed With Fresh Human Parts In Osun



The duo was arrested at the Oke-Fia area of Igege Town in Olaoluwa Local Government Area when they were conveying the mutilated human parts in a bag.

Operatives of the Osun Western Nigerian Security Network codenamed, Amotekun have arrested a 35-year-old man, Ganiyu Wasiu, alongside his 21-year-old daughter, Muizzat Wasiu, for being in possession of fresh human parts.

The duo was arrested at the Oke-Fia area of Igege Town in Olaoluwa Local Government Area when they were conveying the mutilated human parts in a Ghana-Must-Go bag.

Ganiyu who was almost lynched by a mob claimed that he was set up by her daughter’s husband.

Confirming the arrest to newsmen, the Field Commandant of Amotekun, Comrade Amitolu Shittu, said;

“Seven more suspects were arrested in Iwo town in connection with the fresh human parts. The identity of the corpse is yet to be known. We arrested Lawal Ibraheem (25), Adiatu Rufus (19), Fatola Niyi (45), Eniola Akeem (42), Chief Amusan (64), Alaba Oyeniran (31) and Oyekola Ibraheem(20).”


Amitolu noted that all the suspects have been handed over to the Department of State Service (DSS) for further investigation.
