Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, the popular Nigerian singer better known as Skales, has stated that he wrote numerous hit songs for his fellow artist, Wizkid, during their time together at Empire Mates Entertainment (EME).
“Wizkid invited me to my biggest stage in the UK in 10 years. I had been performing all around America and had not gone there for any show before,” Brown said.
Also, he revealed that Wizkid not only invited him to share the stage but also covered all his expenses.
“One day, Wiz called and told me he was getting everything set for me to come to his O2 Arena concert. He paid for everything, and I was wowed. Wizkid is my brother for life,” Brown emotionally stated.
Meanwhile, Brown’s absence from the UK stage dated back to 2009, following a ban imposed after his guilty plea for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna.
Additionally, the 2021 O2 Arena concert, where Wizkid brought Chris Brown on stage, marked a significant moment in his career, breaking the UK performance drought.
