Former Big Brother Naija star, Kimoprah, has expressed surprise at the boldness of some men who approach her during her international travels.
Speaking on The BTS Reality podcast, she revealed that taxi drivers and immigration officers have made unexpected romantic advances toward her, describing their actions as audacious.
However, she noted with some frustration that the type of men she is genuinely interested in hardly ever approach her. Kimoprah’s comments highlighted the contrast between the attention she receives and the kind she desires, sparking conversations about attraction, social status, and how people perceive public figures like herself.
She said, “Taxi drivers try to talk to me, men have audacity. When you travel abroad, you know how it is there, they don’t really care about class, they can talk to anybody. Anybody is within right of speech.
“I have had people like Immigration officers trying to talk to me. But the people that you want to attract, those ones shy away. It’s even better you shy away because that means you’re not for me. So, it’s okay. The one that is meant for me would eventually come and will stay.”
