Nigerian blogger Stella Dimokoko has revealed details about actress Anita Joseph’s crashed marriage to MC Fish.
Kemi Filani reported days back that filmmaker Stanley Ontop had alleged that Anita’s husband, MC Fish, had left Anita for another woman, and she threw his bags outside.
On her Instagram page, she alleged that the 5-year union has come to an end after facing significant personal and emotional challenges.
The blogger claimed that insiders revealed to her that the actress lost two babies while with him; she had suffered a stillbirth and a painful miscarriage. What broke her the most was when she held her dead baby and cried over it.
The marriage was also said to have been marred by domestic violence as MC Fish had allegedly exhibited temper issues, including physical abuse, and substance use. According to sources, he would drink, like, and use laughing gas at times, lashing out at Anita, who forgave him repeatedly while maintaining appearances of a happy relationship on social media.
It is also alleged that infidelity strained the marriage as he cheated multiple times. Despite this, Anita reportedly forgave him, striving to preserve the relationship.
Friends and family are said to have encouraged her to take her time in processing the pain and responding publicly, emphasising that she owes no one an explanation for her choices.

When Anita turned a year older in January, her husband surprised her with her dream car, a white Range Rover. Anita penned a heartfelt note to her man, calling him her Odogwu. She appreciated him for constantly spoiling her and prayed for more blessings.
Reciprocating the love on his birthday in March, Anita stated that living with her husband had been a jolly one. She appreciated him for holding her hands, letting her fly, and wanting her to succeed.
Last year, Anita revealed that her husband is an intentional man. Praying for him, she told ladies that it is a big red flag if their partner doesn’t pamper or dress them as hers does.
From the moment the movie star confirmed her relationship with the entertainer, many had criticized their union. A troll had even alleged that she caged her husband, and Anita, responding to her, told her to do the same and see where it would end.
She had also questioned why many were against her union as she noted how she isn’t the only married celebrity in Nigeria. Anita stated that her marriage was sealed because it was built on the rock of God.
